your child’s home away from home

Welcome to Bloomin'! We are a play-based, community-centered childcare center in Northeast Portland, serving children from infancy through pre-kindergarten. Our goal is to create a warm, nurturing environment where children experience both independence and interdependence in a safe, collaborative space.

We believe in hands-on learning, free play, and an interdisciplinary approach to social, emotional, and academic development. Through play, children naturally build confidence and problem-solving skills, helping them navigate the world around them.

Families are an essential part of our community, and we work closely with you to meet your child's individual needs. Every child brings unique experiences, perspectives, and talents, and we are committed to celebrating each one.
